Shipping price varies by by product weight and destination (US/FOREIGN). General order shipping costs: DOWNLOADS are instantly available for DOWNLOAD after transaction is approved. You may DOWNLOAD your purchase up to three times or forty-eight hours whichever occurs first.
U.S. Orders are $5.00 (+ depending on order size)
Canada is $7.00 (+ depending on order size)
Outside the continental U.S. is $10.00 (+ depending on order size)

Please note that you must be registered or logged into the store in order to see shipping prices as all
costs are estimated using your shipping address destination zip code or country that you supplied.

You may exchange physically damaged items for a replacement of the same. We do not offer cash refunds. Damaged or defective
videos/DVDs cannot be exchanged for other products, only replaced with the same title.
To exchange an item, please contact us first at contact@dwowvod.com and include the item to be exchanged along with your
order identification / invoice number and a note to what action needs to be taken.
All exchanges will be filled as soon as we receive your damaged product.
